[On-Site Engineering & Remote Deployment]

Engineering on site.
Built for the conditions.

Technical assignments developed and delivered on site, bringing together AI, engineering, specialists and equipment for the operation.

[ Where This Fits ]

Built around the requirement.

We work with you and the people on site to understand the situation and what needs to be done. We assemble the specialists and equipment, and use AI throughout development and delivery to put the required systems to work.

  • Remote operations where power, network access, or physical service visits are limited.
  • Facilities integrating custom software and hardware with existing equipment.
  • Urgent, planned, or exploratory assignments requiring several technical disciplines and work on site.

[ What We Build ]

The system, end to end.

[ 01 ]

Investigation and project definition

Establish what needs to function, then examine the workflow, equipment, power, communications, and site conditions. Define the technical work, acceptance criteria, and resources required to deliver it.

[ 02 ]

Systems, equipment, and specialist teams

Develop and integrate AI, applications, computing infrastructure, sensors, and equipment interfaces around the assignment. Organize procurement, assembly, and project specialists. Use AI-assisted research, design, development, and testing throughout the work.

[ 03 ]

Deployment and operational handover

Install and test the complete system with the people who will operate it. Prepare diagnostics and recovery procedures, with training, continuing engineering, and maintenance arranged around the site's people, tools, and access.

[ Example System Design ]

An AI and equipment system for a remote operation.

An illustrative assignment: a site needs computing infrastructure, local models, operational records, and equipment information available to its team. The project covers development, equipment integration, installation, and handover.

  1. [ 01 ]

    Site and assignment planning

Establish operating needs, equipment interfaces, power, communications, and the specialist work required.

  2. [ 02 ]

    Infrastructure and application development

Assemble the computing hardware, deploy the models, and develop applications that connect records and equipment data.

  3. [ 03 ]

    Installation and operating tests

Test the system with the site team, including the agreed behavior during loss of connection and power interruption.

  4. [ 04 ]

    Handover and continuing support

Provide operating procedures, technical documentation, and the agreed training and maintenance arrangements.

[ Acceptance ]

Agree what success means.

  • Verify installation and operator workflows with the actual equipment and site team.
  • Measure resource use and test the agreed environmental, power, and connectivity conditions.
  • Demonstrate restart, fault diagnosis, and the maintenance steps available at the site.

[ Source & Handover ]

Ownership and continued development.

Deliverables can include the commissioned source and build configuration, hardware and interface documentation, installation records, operating instructions, and a technical handover. Travel, site responsibilities, specialist work, and support arrangements are agreed as part of the project.

Project delivery and ownership

[ Project Questions ]

Before we begin.

Where can you work on site?
Based in Toronto, we work with local organisations, companies and project teams in Canada, the United States and internationally. An organisation can commission work at its own site or at a project location elsewhere. Travel, site access, local requirements and scheduling are confirmed for each project.
Can a project start before we have a full specification?
Yes. Begin with the situation and what needs to function. An initial investigation can establish the requirements, technical work, team, equipment, and acceptance criteria for the assignment.
Can you lead the assignment or work within a larger project?
Yes. We can assemble and lead the technical assignment, take on a defined scope within another contractor's programme, or provide continuing engineering support. Responsibilities, specialist teams, equipment, travel, and delivery are organized around the project.
How do you handle harsh or unusual conditions?
We translate the actual conditions into hardware requirements and tests. Environmental ratings, power protection, enclosures, service access, and any required specialist validation are addressed in the design and scope.

[ Contact ]

Start with the requirement.

Describe the situation, where the work is needed, and what needs to function. Include the urgency or timeline, resources already available, and project budget. We can begin before a technical specification exists.
