[Custom Device Platforms & Fleet Deployment]

Your devices.
Built for their role.

Custom hardware, Android and Linux operating environments, and application software, with provisioning, updates, and handover for device fleets.

[ Where This Fits ]

Built around the requirement.

A dedicated device fleet needs a consistent working environment from first installation through maintenance. We develop the hardware integration, operating environment, and applications as one platform, then establish a repeatable rollout process.

  • Tablets or laptops prepared for drivers, technicians, or distributed workforces.
  • Dedicated AI devices and appliances with a controlled interface and local processing.
  • Custom hardware connected to sensors, peripherals, or existing equipment.

[ What We Build ]

The system, end to end.

[ 01 ]

Hardware and operating environment

Select or develop the hardware, integrate peripherals, and prepare a tailored Android or Linux image. Define device roles, system services, permissions, and recovery access.

[ 02 ]

Applications and business connections

Build the workforce interface, local software, and connections to authorized business systems. Specify the offline workflow, device identity, and handling of locally stored information.

[ 03 ]

Provisioning and fleet releases

Automate device preparation and configuration. Plan staged releases, diagnostics, update rollback, and replacement-device procedures for the target fleet.

[ Example System Design ]

A tablet platform for a distributed service team.

An example system design: each device starts with the required applications and access for its role. Technicians record work locally and synchronize it with the business system.

  1. [ 01 ]

    Platform image

A versioned operating image includes required services, applications, and configuration.

  2. [ 02 ]

    Device preparation

Provisioning assigns identity, role, and approved access to each device.

  3. [ 03 ]

    Daily operation

A focused application handles tasks, peripherals, and disconnected work.

  4. [ 04 ]

    Fleet maintenance

Staged updates and recovery procedures support repair and replacement.

[ Acceptance ]

Agree what success means.

  • Provision representative new and replacement devices from the documented process.
  • Test application workflows, peripherals, permissions, disconnection, and power interruption.
  • Verify a staged update and recovery path before expanding the rollout.

[ Source & Handover ]

Ownership and continued development.

The agreed package includes commissioned application and platform source, build configuration, image-generation and provisioning tools, integration documentation, and operating procedures. Hardware sourcing, fleet size, rollout stages, and ongoing support are defined in the project scope.

Project delivery and ownership

[ Project Questions ]

Before we begin.

Can you work with hardware we already use?
Yes, subject to its system access, driver support, licences, and serviceability. We assess the existing platform before deciding which parts can be retained and what needs to change.
How does a prototype become a larger fleet?
A representative pilot establishes the platform and operating procedures. The rollout plan then addresses provisioning capacity, hardware supply, release groups, support, and replacement devices for the agreed scale.
Can we own and develop the software further?
Commissioned source code and technical handover are part of the offer. The contract identifies the delivered components, intellectual property terms, and any operating-system, model, or vendor dependencies.
