[Approach]

From intent
to operation.

We can investigate, develop, assess or deploy. The work starts with your enquiry and takes shape around what you need, where it is needed and the time available.

[Getting Started]

How the work takes shape.

After your enquiry.

We review enquiries as they come in and usually get back with a few questions to understand the situation and what you need from us.

You can bring a detailed brief, a project already underway or a problem that still needs to be understood. We use that conversation to agree where our involvement should begin.

The work determines the approach.

Research, an assessment and an on-site deployment call for different kinds of work. Some assignments can begin from an existing specification. Others need investigation or testing before we know what to recommend. We work out what the situation calls for with you.

The agreement can cover a focused assignment or responsibility for the whole project. We establish what needs to be done, the resources it will require and how to judge the result, with the budget and timing agreed for that work.

When time matters.

We can take on rush work. Tell us the situation and the timing you need. We can arrange a call or video meeting as soon as practical, or meet in person depending on the location and purpose.

A short deadline can change how we organise the work. We look at what can begin straight away, what can happen in parallel and whether additional specialists or equipment would help. The schedule depends on the scope, site access and resources we can put in place.

Delivery follows the assignment.

What you receive depends on the work you commission. Research may produce findings and experimental code. An assessment may lead to engineering changes. Development can deliver a working component, an application or a complete system.

For deployments, the work can include installation, integration and testing where the system will be used. We agree the documentation, training and handover that the project needs, along with any continued engineering or support.

[Delivery & Handover]

Your system. Your source.

Delivery includes commissioned custom source code, build and deployment configuration, documentation, and technical handover defined in the project scope. Operate the system internally, extend it with your team, or continue development with us.

01 / Source

Code you can develop further.

Build on the commissioned software using documented builds and dependencies.

02 / Operation

A system you can run.

Setup, update, and recovery instructions for the agreed infrastructure.

03 / Continuity

A clear path after handover.

Internal maintenance or continued engineering and support with us.

[ Working Together ]

Built around the assignment.

We can lead the project, take on a defined responsibility within a larger programme or work alongside your existing team.
